How long does shipping take?

Please allow 2-7 days for processing. Once shipped, orders typically arrive in 1–3 business days, depending on your location and shipping method.

Will my body butter melt in transit?

We cool then package our body butter in a thermal bag so that it maintains a cool temperature throughout transit. If melting occurs (e.g. this can be something that happens during summer months) just pop it in the fridge for a bit to solidify, the benefits of your butter remain the same. 

Can you use HBB body butters on your face? 

It depends on your skin type. We would not recommend using body butter on your face for sensitive, oily or combination skin. We don’t recommend using them on sensitive, oily, or combination skin types, as they may be too rich for facial use. 

How long do HBB products last?

For best results, we recommend using your products within 6 months to 1 year, depending on the product and how it's stored. Because most of our products are made with natural ingredients and minimal preservatives, shelf life may vary based on factors like temperature, humidity, and how often the product is opened. To maintain freshness, we suggest storing items in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Please note that Heaven Beam Beauty cannot guarantee product performance or quality beyond the recommended timeframe or in cases of improper storage.
